What can you expect?

Duration: 4 years | School location: Zofingen | Inter-company courses: in Lenzburg

During your training period, you will gain insight into various departments within the company. You will manufacture various workpieces, make tools and devices for production or assemble products in pre-assembly and final assembly according to technical drawings. You will work by hand on lathes, milling machines, drilling machines and grinding machines in the production of individual parts or prototypes. Computer-controlled machines are also used, which you program according to specifications. You will process orders for our customers and will be accompanied by our specialists. In addition, external inter-company courses round off your training.

Professional baccalaureate
If you perform very well at school, you can also attend the professional baccalaureate school during or after your basic vocational training. The professional baccalaureate enables you to subsequently study at a university of applied sciences, either without an examination or with an admission procedure, depending on the field of study.

You go to the vocational school in Zofingen.

Level G / basic requirements:
2 days per week in the 1st year of apprenticeship, 1 day per week from the 2nd year of apprenticeship.
Level E / Extended requirements:
2 days per week in the 1st + 2nd year of apprenticeship, 1 day per week in the 3rd + 4th year of apprenticeship.
Level E with vocational baccalaureate:
2 days per week from 1st - 4th apprenticeship year
