At 7 a.m. sharp the coach from Murgenthal began its journey. The passengers made an early toast to an eventful day with a glass of champagne or orange juice.
Once we left Gossau, we enjoyed an extra trip on the historic train along with an aperitif. The "Richard railway enthusiasts" were impressed by the subsequent guided tour through the depot of the Appenzeller Railways.
The employees enjoyed the afternoon with great weather on the Ebenalp, lunch and a walk to the Wildkirchli Cave and the famous Restaurant Äscher.
The impressive experiences as well as the numerous pleasant and interesting conversations will remain in the memories of all participants for a long time to come.
